the location is great for exploring. parking is next door with walkway connections (very convenient). james was the staff member, who checked me in and out. he asked why i visited and seemed genuinely interested.

Staff at the reception were so accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the harbour area. Our room had blackout curtains and I have enjoyed a great sleep.

The location was convenient to local transportation.
The room showed its age, with old ceiling tiles in the bathroom that exhibited mold. The extractor fan was broken. The shower lacked power, with its head fixed to the wall (a flexible shower head would be useful).

I appreciated the harbour location. It made getting around simple. the restaurant food tasted beautiful, and room service was fast. the staff addressed all questions i raised. Their knowledge proved invaluable. i would certainly return for another stay.
There was a slight queue during check-in. It seemed a little understaffed at peak times, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel enjoys convenient access to nearby attractions. Light rail and ferry services are just a short walk away. its location allows for easy exploration of the maritime museum and king street wharf, too. this proximity provides numerous dining options.

The ternary restaurant features a large menu, something i found interesting. yazmeena, robin, charli, and daniel were very friendly. breakfast had diverse choices with a nice view of the bay. It certainly added to the overall dining experience.

The front desk service was friendly. the concierge service was also friendly. the staff were very helpful in resolving questions about local attractions. They ensured a comfortable experience. juliette was attentive, helpful, and very responsive.
